how to wire a thermostat to your furnace blower

The thermostat has the ability to connect to the furnace blower.
This allows homeowners to run the blower without heating or air conditioning.
It\'s like having an air circulation system at home.
The air is brought back to the blower through the return air pipe and then sent back to the home through the supply air pipe.
Doing so helps distribute the air evenly throughout the home, thereby increasing the temperature.
It is easy to connect the thermostat to the furnace blower with some tools and a little time.
Turn off the power of the stove by switching the switch on the side of the stove to the \"off\" position.
Remove the repair panel in front of the furnace and locate the control panel.
You will find the patch panel connected to the low voltage control line.
Find the \"G\" terminals on the board that control the operation of the thermostat blower.
Connect the green low voltage wire to the \"G\" terminal and return the access panel to the front of the stove.
If there is no green wire, you may need to pull a new thermostat wire from the stove to the thermostat.
Remove the thermostat from the wall.
It should be pulled down gently.
Connect the green line to the \"G\" terminal on the thermostat.
Put the thermostat back in the position on the wall.
Power the stove back on.
Adjust the thermostat \"fan\" setting to the \"on\" position.
The blower should start and you should feel the air in the supply air register.
